Scientific Review

Abstract Review Process

All submitted abstracts are reviewed by the appropriate ISYIMC Scientific / Academic Committee against seven criteria.

Submission of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance is communicated by the conference committee. Selection may result in an oral presentation, a poster or digital poster, or panel participation.
Once Accepted

10-Minute Presentation + 3-Minute Q&A

Each accepted research presenter receives ten minutes for the presentation, followed by three minutes for questions and answers.

In-Person — Toronto, Canada

Present at the venue in front of a live audience, with your session streamed to online delegates. In-person research presenter fees are to be announced.

Virtual — From Anywhere

Present online from anywhere in the world. Accepted virtual research presenters pay no presentation registration fee, and receive a technical check before the conference.

Presenters receive a standardized presentation template, technical instructions and the official ISYIMC presentation guidelines. Selected high-quality papers may be considered for post-conference publication, subject to editorial review.
